Mr. P D Patodia has vast experience spanning over four decades in textile industry and Exports he has spear headed Export Promotion organisation like the cotton Textile Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL), The Federation of Indian Export Organisation (FIFO) and the Confederation of Indian Textile Industries(CiTI) to the name a few. He as lead many trade delegation to importing countries and contributed richly towards establishing India as a reliable supplier for Textiles, During his career he has served as Chairman of the cotton Association of India (A cotton trade body) an apex body of the cotton stake holders in the country
Mr. Manoj K Patodia is the vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and directly involved with the day to day decision relating to the business of the group in real estate and Textile. He is a Committee member of the India Merchant Chambers. He is the Vice Chairman in cotton Textile Export Promotion Council. He is also an Executive Committee Member of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI Western Region) and All India Exporters Chambers
Mrs. Indira Devi patodia comes from a strong entrepreneurial background with diverse experience in various industries, including silk exports, household products and jewelry. Her experiences give her a solid understanding of business operations, supply chains, and market trends, which must be valuable for the company.
She has been associated with the company for more than a decade and played a key role in shaping the business of the company with her expertise in advising on projects and overseeing sales.She is a motivated and passionate member and a Trustee at Archana Educational Trust, leading the way in developing a school for Adivasi children in rural Shahapur, a Taluka in Thane District, Maharashtra. She has truly been a driving force behind the growth and success of the school. Her leadership has helped the school grow to serve 850 students, along with 180 students participating in vocational training.
Mr. Pradeep Malu is a Chartered Accountant, a Corporate Governance Professional and an alumnus of IIM-A (PDP) –
for Business Strategies, and has obtained specialization on ESG Practices from the Wharton Business School.
He is currently a Partner at Lodha & Co LLP.He has been an Entrepreneur, Innovator and Investor, a ‘Mentor of Change‘ at NITI Aayog, a member of Mentor Network at IIM-Kashipur, BVIC, Startup India, and many more.
He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Smart Gaon Development Foundation.
Mrs. Shailly Kedia is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a commerce graduate and has also completed Executive Program from IIMC. She is currently working as whole time Company Secretary with Tata Asset Management .She holds high experience in Compliance, Governance, Risk and Legal. She is an active member of several internal and external committees. She is also a POSH expert and an active speaker at the ICS
